High Holy Days 2015

Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur

Hofstra University is closed for Rosh Hashanah (September 14-15) and Yom Kippur (September 23).  Evening classes are cancelled after 4:30 pm on Tuesday, September 22.  Hofstra Hillel is committed to making sure that every student who remains on campus can attend a local synagogue and be with a family in the community for meals.  You can attend High Holy Day Services at Temple Emanu-El of East Meadow (Reform), East Meadow Jewish Center (Conservative),Young Israel of West Hempstead (Modern Orthodox).
