Explore the many ways to stay connected with Hillel through your favorite websites!
How many Jewish students attend Hofstra?
How do I get involved?
Is there any grant or scholarship money available for students to use for tuition, trips, conferences or programs?
Is Hillel a particular type of Judaism?
Is there kosher food available besides the meals at Shabbat services?
Three years ago when a variety of stakeholders and Hillel staff began thinking about how to increase the number of supporters, they didn't have to look very far. Jewish text sets the standard for communal participation through the half shekel campaign.
Today, many supporters are not in a position to make a "large" contribution and may feel that a "smaller" gift will not make an impact, however this is not the case.
Donations of $180 and below are central to Hofstra Hillel's Annual Campaign. Increasing the number of donors at this level will have a dramatic impact on Hofstra Hillel's programming. Project Participation is designed to reach this goal.
Join Project Participation today by making your own gift. If you are interested in inviting your friends to join you in this important campaign, please email Rabbi Dave Siegel to find out how you can be a Project Participation leader.
Thank you in advance for making a real and lasting difference in the lives of Hofstra students.
