Explore the many ways to stay connected with Hillel through your favorite websites!
The goal: 1,000 notes of thanks and a more caring campus community.
Hofstra Hillel is once again spearheading the 1,000 Thanks (& Giving) Project to enhance the meaning and celebration of Thanksgiving.
Students are encouraged to send a note of thanks to someone at Hofstra who may not often hear expressions of appreciation for their work. Some of these people include:
| ● Custodial staff |
● Public Safety officers | ● Food Services Staff |
| ● Plant Staff |
●
Faculty |
● Administration |
| ● Academic Advisers |
● Office Staff |
● Friends |
... and so many people whose work - sometimes behind the scenes - makes such a difference.
Please consider a $1donation for the Interfaith Nutrition Network (INN) and Island Harvest.
You may pick up a card at Hofstra Hillel (213-A Mack Student Center), from your RA, or the president of your fraternity or sorority.
Co-sponsors of the project include:
Inter-Fraternity/Sorority
Council, Muslim Students Association
Newman Club, Protestant Community, and
Office of Residential Programs.
